Half size

New to this forum with a half size allotment. This is what we were after and should suit us better as there is a lot to do to clear the plot. We've been told it hasn't been touched for at least a year but a couple of beds didn't look too bad. Pity the previous user went for sunken beds (?!) piling the top soil as bunds round the outside edges. Other beds are full of  couch and ragwort which we will have to clear which is pretty daunting. For the time being we'll cut off the seed heads anyway and dispose of them.
