Just wondering how long is a barge pole so I looked it up. Apparently it's about four meters which equates to about 13 feet. Whose feet they were using at the time of measurement I have not the faintest idea. Perhaps a fossilised imprint of a Tyrannosaurus Rex foot might inspire one's imagination as to what's the best yardstick to use when certain morons decide to have a barbie on the beach when everybody else is in lockdown.
