Pond Building
« on: July 10, 2008, 10:34 »
where can I find information about building a square or rectangular pond - 2m by 2m or 2m by 3m for the garden?

Also installing pumps for a fountain and the electricity supply to it.

Thanks in advance.

If the supply is intended to be permanent, you need an electrician to do it unless, I believe, you stick a plug on the end. I think it may then be classed as a portable appliance, but you'd need to check the regs and make sure it's safe and legal.

Ponds are very satisfying to create. Good luck with it.
