Red Hot Pokers
« on: June 05, 2023, 20:18 »
I've had my red hot poker plant for a few years now, however this year the flower spikes are at most a foot tall. Does it need dividing as there are lots of new little plants?

The RHS suggests that propagation by division is a good idea, but it says to do it in spring - so you might have left it a bit too late for this year.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
