Hi all not sure if this works .i was told by a gardener of some many years that he uses olibus oil a few drops in the watering can two or three times a week helps to keep the pests at bay.
Has anyone else tried this and does it work?

I'm trying neem oil this year,I'm not sure if that works the same way as olibus oil

Olibus oil is not used as a pesticide it is to fool the villains with its smell.

That brings it within the definition of a pesticide for the purposes of defra and this site.

Personally I wouldn't wan't my plot smelling of either

It may or may not work, but there are effective 100% organic controls for almost every pest so I'll go with them

Now that's definitely biological warfare
