FEATHER PROBLEM

I have a welsummer bantam trio and one of the hens has just lost feathers all around her neck and the cock birds feathers around his neck are going curly/frizzy, I have checked for mites and they are clear,

Any ideas ?

The lost feathers on the hen could be where the cockerel is grabbing her whilst treading :?

How old are they?

They are 08 hatch and started laying a few weeks ago but I do not think it is the cockbird because the feathers are missing all around her neck even at the front which is not his fault
