i have bulbs coming up in my run are the deadly to the birds as i have been told they are . i'm sure they are all daffodils but i dont know ??

i have another girl that seems quiet an the others are picking on her a bit although shes to be eating ok { hope i dont lose another one } so i am getting paranoid that she may of eaten some of the shoots coming up .

p.s one other thing about her is the main wing feathers seem to have gone well some have could it be shes moulting them or could she of pulled them out .

I think most bulbs are poisonous but not sure if the top growth is. If they eat it with gay abandon, there's a fair chance it's ok. If they nibble it and then leave it, it's probably not good for them.

they seemed to have nibbled away at some of them an left the rest . think it will be wise for me to dig them up tomorw .

Sounds like they've decided they're off the menu already but they may be saving them for pudding 

At least if you move them, you might get some flowers.

thats true , i think that will be first job on my list tomorw .. before i built the run i grew some stunning flowers on that  part of the ground i cant remeber what they were nor can my mum but they were a stunning pink  bet my girls have seen them of for life .

Yes Daffs are poisionous to most animals including humans if eaten.  The tops not so mush they would kill but deffo the bulb.  I don't think the tops are nice as they are bitter.
