Hi jarrode0

Welcome to the Hen House :)

For chicken eggs the temp should be 37.5 deg c and a humidity of 40-50% :)

If you have never done this before I strongly recommend you get a book and have a read through.
Katie Thears guide to incubation is a great starting place :D

is your incubator still air or does it have a fan?

still air the temp needs to be 39 degrees at the top of the egg ( gives you 37.5 at the centre of the egg)
and in a fan assisted incy the temperature needs to be 37.5 degrees, as the teperature is even throughout.
