I know there were several others that planted this type, since this is my first time growing this and I am interested to know

 how well yours is growing height and thickness of plant

 have you done anything to them, feed or anything

Haven't done anything to them other than manured on planting. They are about 4 feet tall and the stalks are probably just short of an inch somewhat - don't know how much - diameter.

I am much the same but only 1 foot tall, just poking above the weeds.

I planted mine out last Oct/Nov and they're about 3 foot high now and up to an inch thick.
