Can i use easibed in the run,or is it just for in the coop?

Good evening all

Can easibed be used in the run, my new run which is just being built has a concrete base, not sure whether to get bark, or use the easibed in there? bark i found in my old run just went all horrible and muddy. What other run materials can be used?
