It must be pie time
It's always pie time.

I ended up with pork stir fry yesterday in hoisin sauce over rice.  So it's curry tonight with the leftover rice.

I've got  mince, tomato, pepper, onions, garlic and cannellini beans in the slow cooker. Will cook some Conchiglie pasta to go with it, for tea.
The rest will go in the oven tomorrow, with a cheese sauce topping  ;)

Bolognaise ftf with pasta twists & a good sprinkle of cheese, Not sure what himself is having as I had mine with our little grandson as I’m babysitting him . Since himself didn’t want anything getting out of the freezer I bet he’s had bacon, egg & proper chips cooked in oil lol

I have a huge case of cba today. It's likely to be pasta of some form with tuna dumped into it, either cheese or pesto as a sauce depending on the availability of a second clean sauce pan.

CBA to do much with it, so some of the mince mix just got warmed up in the M/W and  eaten with crusty HM bread and a small bowl of salad bits.

I fetched some sawhedges out this morning - although I still CBA I need to have a proper meal. I'm planning on sawhedge, mash and whatever veg I can find in the freezer and I'm a little fed up with tomato based sauces.

In the run up to Christmas we always do plain food stuff, so tonight is a jacket potato with chilli from the freezer.

Made extra mash yesterday so there are leftovers for today. Might fish the cauli and broc out of the mixed veg and make cauli cheese if I can be bothered, otherwise mixed veg again.
