We have roast leg of lamb. I found it in my freezer defrost and it is best before the beginning of October, so we can eat that up now over several days.I think I bought it for Easter, then got waylaid and never cooked it. I’ve seen it in the freezer of course, but hadn’t really registered how long it had been kicking about
