Scotch egg with a mixed salad tonight, fruit crumble and yoghurt left over from yesterday. Food for the next few days will be a mish mach as we have to eat food out the freezer in shed, as were having a new shed built, a lot of work.  :)

For me - mince & squash curry ftf with extra curry sauce ftf that needed using up with rice & a sag allo I’m attempting to make but using up some Tuscan kale picked from the plot, ooh & I’ve added the garlic scapes ipucked this afternoon,might be poppadums as well if I can be bothered & chopped toms & cucumbers.
For himself- lamb hot pot to use up some roast lamb in stock ftf.
I bet you can’t guess I’m trying to clear the freezer can you  :lol:

I made a huge dish of pretend Lasagne. I found I had no Lasagne sheets in the cupboard  :blush: so used a layer of Penne instead  :nowink: Usual white sauce with plenty of cheese on top, though  :)
