Last night was sausage, mash and red cabbage.

Tonight is the roast chicken I intended cooking yesterday.  The CBA fairy was in control over the weekend.

I am going to try a tray bake !   The problem might be that all the chicken thighs are skinless.  Must try to peel the peppers, but my scar is hurting.

Large case of the CBA here today and it's the night before shopping day so pickings are slim anyway. Unless something jumps out at me during my walk to the kitchen it's going to end up being pasta with pesto.

I have a small lump of pork loin defrosting, so will roast it with some potatoes, squash, peppers and onions.
Leftovers of this plus peas and cauliflower to fill up the plate  :)

Too tired today. I've put some wedges in the oven, Cornish pasty and a few mushies to go with them as they can be put in the oven too, tin of beans at the ready for a bit of colour and sauce.

That wouldn't be half as funny if it wasn't so relatable

Beef shin in the slow cooker this morning I'm still undecided if it's going to be a stew or a curry.
