Nuked a spud yesterday. It's about time to do something rice based - probably chilli assuming the mince defrosts in time.

Yes I thought that after I’d posted it, but you know what I mean :lol:
Hubs & I have just decided we’ll have a chicken hotpot type thing tonight as neither of us are still very interested much tbh, he asked if we’d got any chorizo, so I’ve had a freezer dive & found a few slices destined for pizza, so that’ll perk it up a bit & maybe our tastebuds too :D

Turkey burger chips and bean tonight, made a fish pie for tomorrow something different it looks and smells good i nearly changed my mind and had it tonight  :lol:

Chicken burger and salad.  OH out and I have been gardening all afternoon and into the evening, so that was the best effort I could muster.  I also had a choc ice for pud  :)

Baked salmon fillets with a pesto, creme fraiche and lemon sauce. Potato salad with leek thinnings and capers.
