David Suchet's portrayal of Hercules Poirot is one of the best pieces of acting I've ever seen. He has the innate ability to alter his facial expressions in such a minute fashion that is just sublime.
-
Richard Rankin also has a very expressive face, he's perfect at conveying feelings and thought when there is very little dialogue involved.
The fact he is perfectly gorgeous (IMO) certainly helps, as well :nowink:
I also like Martin Shaw, although you don't see much of him lately :(

Lee Marvin - Paint your waggon, Dirty Dozen etc.
Cheers, Tony. :D

Shaun Bean in “Sharp”.
Michael Kitchen in ‘“Foyle’s War”

Michael Kitchen - fantastic actor! We recently saw his portrayal of a certain 'Royal' in 'To play the king' in the 'Deck of Cards', trilogy and even after 'Foyle's War', in which he is exceptionally good, he just made the short series about Westminster absolutely perfect! Even a genius in my book...
We used to like Michael Williams and Judy Dench as well, and if I was to say that I just love Helen Mirren, then you'd all start talking wouldn't you...

Just saw Martin Shaw the other day, as Arthur, Louisa Trotter's brother in 'The Duchess of Duke Street'!

The gorgeous Martin Shaw was in the Professionals. I am watching the re-runs of that programme now. Mrs Bouquet
