Blackcurrant Bush
« on: January 09, 2011, 09:28 »
Hi,
I was given a bush by another allotement holder and as I wasn't around when he was ready to give it to me he popped it in the ground for me. This was last year, maybe August sort of time not entirely sure now seems a long time ago. Anyway, I want it moved as it is in the way & want it on the perimetre. When is the best time to move it?
Thanks

I'd go for it now, whilst it's dormant.
Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

PS  Don't forget that a blackcurrant bush gets fairly big:  about 4 -5 feet across when the fruit is ripe
