likely to grow in a garden? or needs a greenhouse?

Am tempted to pay a fiver for a plant already in flower from Homebase.. but not sure if i'll be throwing my money away..

Only grown them once and that was in a greenhouse.  They did quite well, though not a massive crop.  Would definitely say in a greenhouse!  Whatever you decide to do, would be interested to know how you get on!

I grow them on the plot, in a frame (well four window frames screwed together. They lose the lid when the plants get too tall. Bonica have done well for me in the past

Came with two canes, though.

Im growing mime in the ground,had one flower,got another three in bud,seems to be ok,if a bit slow.

My garden faces south/south west so lots of sun  ( except for today,yesterday & rest of week -oh joy!)  :cry:

Paid £1.20

Hmm yes we have tomato's for a tenner and peppers for £15!  :shock: strangely enough they are in fruit on the shelves.

I resisted the aubergine and bought a gooseberry bush instead! ;) Am planning another few, and some blackcurrents too :)
