Title: What do you grow over winter in the polytunnel?
Post by: Yorkshire Sam on August 01, 2011, 13:49
While my poly tunnel is quite well used for variety of crops, I always find that it is vastly underused over winter. I tend to have the usual stuff, like early peas, salad crops and spring onions. What crops do others grow in thiers?

chard, pak Choi, stir-fry mix you could still get a good crop of dwarf french beans :)
calabrese sown soon will head before the worst of winter starts, sown direct Sept/October will head about March.
