Hi Wadz

I would imagine it could be one of a few things ???

Have you changed their feed? Given them anything that you wouldn't normally, ie fruit veg?
Where has she been sleeping? Has she been spending more time in the nest box?
Have they free ranged more than normal?

Another possibility drinking more water if the weather has been warmer ???

Sarah :)

Yep grass is a thing of the past when chickens get introduced LOL  Could be worms, mine get dirty bums when they have worms as they get a bit runny!

Or is she having a problem with an egg? Two of ours get mucky rear ends if they have a more troublesome egg than normal. Usually resolves once it's out  ???

Flubenvet is the best wormer, actually I started doing mine yesterday.  I got mine from Petmeds online a big tubs lasts ages but think they do a smaller one now.  I dose mine using grapes which they love and gobble down in no time.  I worm mine twice a year as they are free ranging in the garden so pick up allsorts!

I cut the grape in half if a big grape even in quarters, so it will be eaten straight away and they all aren't chasing 1 to get it!  Then just put a pinch on the flesh bit so it sticks to it.  I use the end of a teaspoon handle to put it on, mine are quite small. Make sure each hen gets a dose, not always easy.      Today I gave 1 hen her dose and 1 of the others chased her and pinched it, then I wasn't sure who had what so had to dose the 2 white ones again as knew it was 1 of them!
