I'm wanting to make some Cranberry Sauce to include with other home made pickles, chutneys, etc. for Christmas presents.  The recipe I use is simply cranberries, sugar, orange zest and juice, spices and a couple of tablespoons of Cointreau.  Will it keep till Christmas (and beyond) if I sterilise the jars and bottle when hot?
