Definitely a location I won't have to remove them from and wasting no planting ground.
Looking good for next year.
Dug up some last year meant to bin but they started to grow out of the ground! and some new ones from root cuttings. Some still came back so have treated (I hope) with roundup.
I may have one compost bin just for comfrey next year.

Great plan, and the flowers are gorgeous too! Two colours?
Nice idea that!

One colour only blue....I think that's right. It is bocking 14. The bees love the flowers.

Bocking 14 is a sterile clone so it won't seed everywhere. There's quite a lot about comfrey on the site which may help - including it's value for making liquid fertiliser.
