Title: Asda George 1.8L slow cooker is reduced.
Post by: WeavingGryphon on July 28, 2019, 11:57
The small circular 1.8 Litre slow cooker is currently down to £8 (from £10).
It has two settings, Low and High.

I jointed a medium chicken and it easily fit in. As in breasts off the bone, the thighs and drumsticks still on the bone but separated from each other. Great timing for us  :D as our 1L has decided that sod having a steady temperature, giving us food poisoning is totally the way to go  >:(. So the Low and High can vary from errrm, is this on to SCORCH . Keep warm will warm maybe, or it'll cook. I'd prefer a Morphy Richards (last medium was over 10 years old and still cooking fine when it was retired as the low was more keep warm). But their range doesn't go this small and since I'm cooking just for The Husband and two young kids I'd rather a smaller compact one to save energy since I'm heating a smaller device and lower evaporation. I'm vegetarian so I eat separate to them.

Forum doesn't love me today, keeps deleting this.
