Apple & Cranberry Chutney
« on: October 07, 2016, 16:17 »
Hi all

I was wondering if you can use frozen cranberries in a chutney ?  I assume I just need to let them thaw out and dry them then use them as normal ?

Cheers

Don't dry them off - just put them in the pan, the liquid will be juice you need in the pan.
