Title: Were they watching ....
Post by: mrs bouquet on February 11, 2019, 11:14
I have just put the blue tit box up on a post about 4 or 5 feet from my window, and as I sit here, I am watching a male and his bird, popping in and out.   I think that's amazing.  :)  Mrs Bouquet

Of course they were. It's their way of thanking you for their nest box and also hoping you're going to put out some stuff they can use for their nest.

It’s very exciting isn’t it. I have a box on my wisteria pergola and a pair of blue tits have been in and out quite frequently over the last two weeks.

Well, they obviously didn't think much of the box.   I was just about to put the "under offer" sign out as well.
But they have gone.  I haven't seen a sign of them, I am so disappointed, what did I do wrong ! :(  Mrs Bouquet
