A very sad night last night....

....the wife and i ate the last of my Rising Sun corn cobs from the freezer. We have to wait a whole 10 or so months for some more  :(  :(  :(  :( The very best part of my allotment is the sweetcorn!!! Hope everyone is well, haven't been on here much. Ben a busy year, baby number three on the way, so much to do!!!!!!  :D

It sounds like you've been busy! :D Not to worry, its time for the seed catalogues now, then before long we'll all be preparing the ground and sowing and planting again. :)

I put two in good quality plastic freezer bags as as soon as possible after harvesting into the freezer. Pop them into unsalted boiling water for 6/7 minutes, smother in organic salted butter and enjoy! Easy peasy...
