They are some conditions to see if you are eligble for the free stuff, they is a list of qualifying benefits or if your over 70 you get them automatically.

I was reading our local paper the other day that folks on unemployment benefit get free energy saving light bulbs and one guy was in court for using his to help him grow cannabis  :roll:

He was done for selling it too but in mitigation said he needed the money to "feed his pussy cat"
