Pleased it looks like you have bought a decent coop. there are so many crooks on the go at the moment selling rubbish!
-
Tell me about it!
I fell for it twice!!!
Will get piccies up as soon as. :)
Happy Chicks have been smashing to deal with. They even delivered it themselves.
I might sound a bit of a saddo but this has made my month.I've been so worried every time the weather turns coz we live right on the coast...well kind of on the beach and it can get a bit hairy!
-
I know what you mean Katey, I don't live near the coast anymore, but in very flat, very windy Lincolnshire!!!
-
Well we're in the same boat then granny. At least we have good views!lol
What breed chicks are you getting mulberry?Sounds very exciting :)

A cream legbar, a blackrock, a bluebell and a speckeldy! To be named, Apple, Dior, Bobbi and Eve!! SO EXCITED!
these are number 22, 23, 24 and 25 of the pets, so much for 'no more ever!' from my dad when we got the first dog =D
My mum's now even agreed to hatching some quail!
Happy Chicks are delivering them for us as we live in north yorkshire, so it'd be a long round trip to go pick them up!

ooooooo......i'll bet they'll be so cute!Lucky you :)

Happy Chicks look an interesting outfit and their chicken house looks robust and easy to clean. Can't figure out the nestboxes though are they internal?
They are on the Fylde coast and being originally from Blackpool and my parents lived not far from Pressall I know this part of world well.

I couldn't see how the nest box works either, the only thing I thought was the wider plank that sits on its end at the back of the removable perch assembly might meet the floor providing an area to fill with shavings at the back of the perches? If so, when you open the back door does all the nestbox filling fall out?
-
looks a good coop, simple design and easy to care for :)

The nest box is a divider and at the back of the house is a plank at the bottom to stop everything falling out.In a way that's the only fault i can find so far, as it would be easier to clean out without the plank there.Saying that though, it's by far the best coop i've been able to find for that price.I'm very happy with it :D
