Risks of oversowing...
« on: June 18, 2012, 09:34 »
So when I planted my mystery courgettes (five varieties in one packet, but not marked which is which), I over sowed in case of poor germination...

Of course I ended up with 100% germination, so now I have 12 mystery courgette plants.

They are now looking very smug sitting in new 5" pots... I don't even like courgette that much!  I think I'll have to get creative.

Now...if only I could identify them... or at least tell if I have more than one variety!

Hand them out to friends, with strict instructions to take snaps of the fruits.

Cheers,    Tony.
I may be growing OLD, but I refuse to grow UP !

A creative idea for you... this is why I'm anxiously awaiting my courgettes and their flowers!
