Everything is fine and my Hens and Ducks could not be happier.........but they have eaten everything in there pen (18 'x 30 ') ish.

I have noticed the only thing left in other peoples pens are stingy nettles.
Is there anything else I can grow just to make the pen look a bit greener ?

hello! my girls dont eat my minature conifers or my cordilines/phormiums they also dont eat our laurel!
When we first moved in the garden was overrun with ground elder EVERYWHERE!!! now we have none the girls are fab weed killers/scarifiers/muck spreaders etc etc  although trying to rake leaves with them around is a nightmare and our gravel never seems to stay where its supposed to   :?

My chooks have run of a big shrubbery.  They love it, and it gives them a great feeling of security from all the eagles  :roll:

We have a very small pine tree in the run. They don't eat that at all. And it's great for throwing corn into where it stays until they find it.  

There are also some bulbs in there which are spring flowering so we'll see if any of the top growth survives. Think I know the answer  :roll:
