Preparing for raised beds

I知 mothballing the field plot and concentrating on the walled vegetable garden next year. As part of this I will moving the two recycled plastic beds from the field plot and adding two new ones.

Are the growing conditions better in the walled garden? (It sounds as though crops would be better protected in there?)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Not a great deal - it is more sheltered but gets less direct sunlight - You pays yer money and takes yer choice!
