is this a Autumn or summer rosemary cane

If those buds are on shoots that have grown up from the ground this year they are autumn raspberries.

I think I'd just pull it our after its fruited, trying to get the roots as best you can. They should be easy to tell from the summer ones and you'll still be able to see the remains of the fruit/flower stalks.
