Fruit for free!!

How cool is this? My husband was just chatting to our neighbour who mentioned that he wanted to get rid of his fruit bushes - hubby said, we'll have 'em! So we have just got, for free, about 30 goosberries, black and red currants, bushes about 3 years old! And by chance we spent yesterday clearing an area of brambles just about the right size to put them in!

you need to get out in th hedgerows on the main roads looking for the last of the wild apple trees and anything else still left by the birds

and i dont advocate scrumping .......
