Title: Damson wine.
Post by: thedadtony on January 27, 2013, 13:26
The damson wine is bubbling away,I had to bring it into the living room to stand near the fire,it was to cold in the storeroom, smells like a brewery though when you come down in the morning. Not to worry!!

Be carefull of the temperature.  Too hot can kill yeast just as too cold can.
