We need a bit more information please.

e.g. how recently planted? Are they on soil, that had strawberries on it before?

Do the leaves recover overnight, then collapse in the day.

Might be worth digging one up to see if the roots are OK, or whether they are nibbled away.

If it's not just lack of water and wind stress, I wouldn't hang about but would dig them all out and burn or otherwise destroy.

Unknown question is whether new healthy replacement plants would still wilt.
Sometimes my plants grow despite, not because of, what I do to them.

Noticed yesterday that several of my strawberry plants have wilted, leaves appear to have dried out and they look very sad indeed. Its not lack of water as i have watered them well over the last few weeks, but not over watered them. Others around them are still healthy and producing a great crop. I do have ants in the bed and used ant powder but no link with those plants that have died and the ant powder.
I have my own cement mixer and not afraid to use it!!

I had very similar symptoms to this last year and it was the dreaded weevil.

dig it up and have a good look, you got nothing to loose as it seem to be dying.

Cut worms do seem to like strawberry roots and they're so voracious the plant dies suddenly. Check for white grubs with brown heads buried among the roots and squish them all or give them to the birds!
I had a nasty attack in my strawberry troughs last year. They like containers.......
