hello everybody, the question I have is what is the best way to save my sunflower seeds for next year I have tryed several ways  to no avail I have quite alot of plants in my back garden.

The only thing that has ever caused me trouble with saving sunflower seed is if they get damp.. .otherwise tend to be pretty viable...

Thanks pip do you just cut the heads off and leave them to dry out.

I hang mine upside down in the outhouse with a box underneath to catch the seeds that fall out as they dry.

As Baldy says make sure they're in a dry place, not an old, damp allotment shed
