At least they are improving, and I only had to put 10 to bed last night, rather than the 22 which are outside now.

Why can half recognise the fact they have to go inside on a night, and half not??? 

Thankfully they are still quite small, so they don't put up much of a fight, and I can still pick them up in one hand (while scratting around underneath the hen house)

Hopefully tonight they will all decide to put themselves to bed 

Having said that my new pullets have settled in well, and I'll be removing their fencing at the weekend, since they are all taking them selves to bed (and not up the tree  )

I still have a million fence posts to buy before i can make up proper pens... I need 7 days of weekend at the moment!

In other news - I had 5 eggs today, so I can at last start taking egs into work with me again
