Title: Soft eggs
Post by: egglady on July 02, 2010, 14:21
One of my chickens who laid good eggs with hard shells is now laying soft shelled eggs.  She has access to oyster shell all the time but I never see her take any.  She is free to run around the garden as my chickens are not shut in except at night.  How else can I get her to take extra calcium?

Hi and welcome, shame your first post is a problem.
How old is your hen that is laying soft shelled eggs?
