We write down in a log how many eggs we get a day-  and turkey´s eggs go in the log too.  At lunchtime I picked up an egg out of turkeys ´nest´ - a hole under an old orange tree root.  I´ve just been down to check the hens and there was another turkey egg.  The other day she laid two too.... I thought I ws going daft and had missed it the day before.  What a clever turkey we have
