Mine are, in no order as they each do different things well and price:-

The Ginger Pig, Marylebone.  :tongue2:
Smith & Sons, Enfield :D
Five Winds Farm, Woodbridge Suffolk :lol:
Orford Butcher, Orford Suffolk :tongue2:

And Farm shops - Friday street, nr Snape :tongue2:

Alvingham Farm Shop near Louth in Lincs.  Local meat 99% of the time (you get the odd bit of NZ lamb). Lists who supplied it ie farmer and abbatoir and it tastes blooming luvly

Its a fair way away from me but well worth the journed every few months to stock up, am now looking for the same standard of butcher in Boston and surrounding area.

ooh, i was in friday street last weekend. they sell lots of chickeny knick knacks. nice tea shop too, we had a lovely soup with thick fresh bread.

Boysons Butchers at Istead Rise (in between Gravesend and Longfield) their sausages are superb they have won loads of prizes for them :wink:
Good friendly old fashioned shop with plenty of cheerful banter :D

I'm with you on the Ginger Pig, Alex.
Puddleditch farm shop near Berkeley in Glos is fab, and as well as a wonderful selection of cheeses, they sell Berkeley estate venison and do the best home made quiches I've tasted.

It's in the village of Alvingham. also has a deli shop, but I daren't go in there  :lol:  :lol:  :lol:
