the chickens have leakage in their eyes, the leak has been present for 2 months, they have continued to sneeze I do not know what to do please help me :ohmy:,I took the photo to see how ti gose!?

It sounds like mycoplasma, which will need treatment by a vet to clear it.

Treatment does not always clear it and it can return when the hen is stressed, coming into lay, moulting etc.
 Always quarantine new poultry away from present flock.
All your hens will require treatment and that can be expensive, culling all poultry in that run and cleaning and disinfect everything, inc house and ground, and leave for a few weeks before getting hens from a reputable seller might be better in the long term.
If you do treat them, do not add to that run set up until the last one has died.
