Do yourself a huge favour - get an extra packet of bolts and drop 2-3 extra bolts in each channel  ;)

I know what you're getting at, but for those who haven't done it, you can get these:

Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

There is the option of buying crop-headed bolts which don't need to be inserted via the open end of the channel, although I have found them a bit fiddly to install correctly, and they are considerably more expensive than the standard bolts.

Edit - yes, the very ones DD!

Yes and if I could just find where I put the packet I bought all would be well  ::) Actually DD it's all your fault I wanted them - I was attaching some chicken wire. I could only find 3 stainless penny washers too so things are all rippled  .

I have found them a bit fiddly to install correctly,

I had to take some mole grips and squish the sides a little on mine.

and they are considerably more expensive than the standard bolts.

There's less material they should be cheaper

I also drilled a 3/16ths hole in the some of the bolt as Im too cheap to buy these http://www.amazon.co.uk/Greenhouse-Nut-Bolt-Ring-Set/dp/B002TJFA7S
