Title: Can someone please tell my chicks that they are not meant to eat rhubarb?

Between the 13 of them they have decimated my huge rhubarb plant - fortunately I don't eat it.

They don't seem to care that it is "poisonous"!

my 6 are allowed to free-range on 1/4 of my alotment, but when they escape{as they often do :D :D} they head straight for the rhubarb. if they eat loads  bit runny thats all!!!!!
never yet found anything that grows in the ground they wont eat.
