Title: simple fish
Post by: gobs on December 16, 2007, 12:57
I know everybody here knows this, but it gave us such a joyful lunch, that I can't stop going on about how lovely simple meals can be.

Oven baked seabass, 4 fillets, 1 head of garlic, 2 sprigs of rosemary, 1 lemon, sea salt, olive oil. Delicious!

Just in case someone happens to try, cover or wrap in foil, so the fish does not dry out, and the flavours infuse it.

Can be done with most fish I believe, and parsley, dill or bay works just as well.

Label on seabass - allergy information: contains fish :?

We had it with potatoes boiled in the skin, fresh carrots and broccoli steamed. 8)

Would put pan fried fennel there in the summer, too.
