Does anyone have a recipe for Red Onion Marmalade? I love the stuff and would love to make my own. Have had a trawl through Val's recipes and couldn't spot one, likewise have searched the forum and nowt. The only recipes I can find online are all chock full of booze - one recipe called for red wine, sherry AND port!
