HM chilli out of the freezer and it was going to be nachos, but I left it too late coming back from the plot and couldn’t be bothered stopping to buy the rest of the stuff I needed.

It ended up going with flat breads, oven chips and a coleslaw made from plot cabbage, so some loaded wraps were the end result.  Good though

Aubergine parmigiana with cauliflower & romanescue & carrots.

Chicken with a polenta and Gruyere cheese topping, roasted med veg and new potatoes.  Apart from the potatoes the rest was reduced in the Co-op yesterday and Paul can't resist anything with a reduced label on it.  He also got a large bag of carrots for 30p which I've peeled, chopped and put in the freezer as we'd never get through that many carrots before they went off.

Homemade pumpkin soup for all, plus maple and thyme pork chops for me.

Peppers stuffedwith cous cous, veg, chickpeas & feta cheese, with baked salmon, made for me by my sister with the peppers I brought for her. Tried to upload a photo of said peppers in the daily harvest thread the other day but the site said “no”  .

Yesterdays Mac'n'cheese was unsatisfying, I had to eat the lot just to make sure though -  I thought I'd try sawhedge, mash, cabbage and spoonstanding tonight.
