Guys (and Gals)  I need your advice again.

Do any of you know whether using agricultural land for birds and avairies requires planning permission?

The Wildlife Rescue Centre has a major problem in that one of the farmers has told them he wants his land back and they have to vacate tomorrow.

I'm not at all sure he can do that without notice but I want to help as much as I can.

Pigs, Sheep, Rabits no problem.

Cats definitely are a problem I guess, but I have no idea about wild birds - blackbirds, pigeons, birds of prey eg owls and so on.  I'm guessing ducks, geese turkeys etc. are no problem?

I can clear out our small shed for her supllies an dtry and get some stock fenced small paddocks up pronto, but the birds I have no idea about.

Sorry about the rescue centre.  Has it all been sorted out now?  I always thought if you rented a field you were given notice, at least 28 days.

Yes it was amad scramble but all the animals are 're-homed' althought the pigs are still stabled till we get some dtronger fencing sorted then they will be joining us.
