2 weeks into the new year and I'm fed up with having to think of, cook and eat meals already. Fridge gravel today - chicken thigh, some leftover mash, the half can of baked beans from Friday and probably a few mushies.

Pizza style pie, we have all the ingredients for the topping but no base so have defrosted some puff          pastry.

Veggie rice. I have some pork strips that need something done with them to go with it. Currently searching for marinades and rubs to see if anything tickles my fancy.
