2 weeks into the new year and I'm fed up with having to think of, cook and eat meals already. Fridge gravel today - chicken thigh, some leftover mash, the half can of baked beans from Friday and probably a few mushies.

OK good news to maybe motivate you.  Manjula has posted on her YouTube channel to say she is coming back with more recipes.

Pizza style pie, we have all the ingredients for the topping but no base so have defrosted some puff          pastry.

 Out for lunch first Chilli and rice , dinner toinight Mac cheese pud chopped up banana and yoghurt  :) i dont think i wont anything else  :D
