I'd go for Artemisia as well, either Silver Mound, or because of its size it might be Powis Castle.

I bought  a lovely white daisy flower with unusual foliage - just like this - grey/silver, quite frondy and feathery - can't remember its name - just to put it into the mix!   :)

You probably mean marguerite and it's not that either!

I still think it is artemisia.
