2 tiny lamb cutlets are defrosting, and peas, carrots and new potatoes to go with them, I think  :)

Chicken thighs & sliced chorizo in a tray bake with potatoes, onions, carrots, peppers, leeks & tinned tomatoes. I had mine with a small romanesco cauliflower I harvested today with a quick cheese sauce on top :) just because I can lol probably didn’t go together but I wasn’t expecting the tinned tomatoes as himself made it & I do it with fresh tomatoes.

Last of the piggy today, it's been far more enjoyable than mince, sawhedges or chicken.

Friday chips. Bit of a snafu as the only thing I had to put with them was a cajun chicken bake and I'd planned on doing cajun chicken tomorrow with some thighs which need using  :nowink:

Yesterday, I was very good and cooked Ainsley Harriot's Sausage and butter bean tray bake.  It was scrummy and I have enough for tonight.  (Tesco butter beans are deffo the best).
